We provide helpline counselling and support to women over 16 years who have been raped or sexually abused at anytime in their lives. We can also offer listening and information to anyone supporting a survivor of sexual abuse. If you would like face-to-face counselling, this can be arranged by ringing the helpline. All of these services are free and confidential.

We can post our leaflets to you if you require it.  We can post out individual leaflets or leaflets in bulk if you are a professional and would like some for display.  Please contact the office to arrange this or use the e-mail form on the 'contacts' page.
